We understand that the thought of sending your child away for the summer can be a daunting experience. However, Camp Lee Mar may be the experience your child has been craving to help them learn and grow new skills. Many of our campers return year after year, with camp becoming their home away from home. Throughout the school year, our campers look forward to coming back to camp, to see their returning friends and counselors.
We prioritize our campers safety and well-being, in order for learning and development to flourish naturally. Through the information received on the application process and collaboration between home, camp and school, campers are carefully placed in a group that meets their support needs and group dynamics. We consider age, independent living skills, and social and communication skills, when creating our camper cabins.
We are now offering a 3 ½ week session (limited availability) for new campers under the age of 12. This program will allow our younger campers to experience CLM for the first time, with the option to extend to the end of the summer. We understand our full session is a long time for campers to be away from their families and want to support them in gaining valuable skills and taking part in the Lee Mar Experience.
